Kazoos can definitely be a little tricky if you haven’t used one before. They don’t have a separate “noise maker” inside—instead, the sound actually comes from humming into the kazoo. The paper membrane vibrates with your voice, which creates that classic buzzing sound. Blowing air alone won’t produce the effect.
